I get an I told y'all on this one
Jun. 4th, 2008 11:02 pmMcAuliffe promised back in April that it would be over by June 15, and it seemed to me he knew what he was talking about and knew that it had to happen.
Whether it was McAuliffe who was the one who triggered this, or whether it was someone else with the same commitment to sanity, (Ickes, maybe) I don't know. But whoever it was, it's over. As I've said it would be, despite the alarmism I've seen from many quarters that have gotten so wrapped up in campaign partisanship that they've seen the Clinton campaign as Gollum, who just won't stay away.
