Jim Kimple, 1918-2012

His innovative education methods undoubtedly helped shape me directly. The community formed by my parents' generation to defend those ideas shaped me further. And my mother's involvement in the actual politics that community engaged in got me started on much of the course of my life. Without Jim, I would have been a very different person.
