Just last night tactisle and I were discussing some of the absurd characters in his old abode. So what do I see in the news today? A City Councilman pissing from a a balcony onto people below. Staff at the Washington, DC nightclub said

"We've dealt with this man before," the source added. "He's never peed on anybody, but he gets really belligerent and drunk."

Skyler may want to read the bottom of the article, too.

(But I suspect it's not as gross as negative one M&Ms.)
