Greenwalds Update II reminds me of a mystery in my mind similar to the mental agitation that surrounded the question ‘Whom will Obama choose as running mate?’ The new mystery is ‘What will Bush do about the threat of prosecution for murder?’

Cheney may move to Dubai or something like that. Rice, being nearly invisible, may stumble along as if nothing was amiss. But what will Bush do?

You know, Bush might not declare martial law, but I wouldn't be surprised if this brigade is for pre-emptive arrests that just happen to concentrate on Democrats' get-out-the-vote efforts in a few key states and swing the electoral college vote to McCain, so that the wealthy can continue pillaging our economy until there's really nothing left (before moving to Dubai or some other country that doesn't allow anyone with a net worth under a billion dollars to become a citizen).
