McCain didn't get 50% in his home state primary. He's not polling at 50% there against Obama. He'll probably win the state, but he spent today campaigning there, rather than other states he'd like to campaign in, because he had to.

Elsewhere in the Republican Mountain West, the Democrats are making a competitive race for Senate in Idaho.
